A weekly solo video series exploring the expressive capabilities of the ROLI Seaboard in Irish and ambient music.

Fiddler and vocalist Grace Broadhead and multi - instrumentalist Jason Turk bring bold energy and heartfelt nuance to Irish traditional music. Their most recent venture was a hugely successful tour in May / June this year that saw them play 24 shows in 6 weeks spanning Utah to Texas to Virginia and back. This tour sparked the concept of an on-the-road EP which is currently nearing completion. Rooted in tradition but unafraid to experiment with new sounds and instruments like the Seaboard, their performances span from driving dance tunes to spacious, emotional arrangements for piano and vocals. They’ve developed a sound that is unmistakably their own, melding old-world tunes with new-world ideas, shaped by their shared love of the tradition and their unique individual stories.

No Name Trio is a unique progressive Irish music collaboration between three top-tier multi-instrumentalists that specialize in performance, composition, songwriting and recording. Jason is joined by Karl nesbitt on Flute and Bodhran and Conor O Sullivan on Guitar and Banjo.

Jason plays keys and accordion with internationally acclaimed Irish ballad group The Kilkennys.

Torcán are an Irish new-style Trad band based in Cork, Ireland. Led by three-time All-Ireland medalist Jason Turk on the accordion, Torcán members Seán Murphy, Robin Turk, Brian Leach and more recently, All-Ireland Bodhrán champion Karl Nesbitt, create a rich and complex sound with the fiddle, bazouki, electric bass, guitar, whistles, and bodhrán.
